Hand carved from soft soapstone by Gusii artisans in western Kenya, each photo frame gains character from a hand-applied colorful dyed finish added by artisans at a small craft workshop in Nairobi. The frame holds a 4" x 6" picture and includes a hinged easel that allows vertical or horizontal display.
